Healthy Valentine's Day Fare:
At Parisian's Pure Indulgence Organic Skin Care, we believe in nourishing the skin from the inside out. This recipe is rich in the antioxidant properties of lycopene, and vitamins A and C, found in the tomatoes. Halibut offers a protein content of over 30 grams per 4 ounce serving, along with vitamins B12 and B6. This recipe is very easy to make and one of my favorite recipes for a special occasion, like Valentine's Day.
